Alright all you coffee connoisseurs out there (and I know there are a lot of you). If drinking Starbucks is akin to sipping mud, this post is for you.
One can tell a lot about a city’s culture and creative community by the quality of their coffees and cafés—and one city that scores high on the Java jive index is Edinburgh, Scotland. And when it comes to café’s worth their weight in java beans, Lovecrumbs scores pretty high.

Located in the West Port district of Edinburgh, Lovecrumbs is owned and operated by Hollie Love. Mystère discovered the cafe through an AirBnB barista training experience. Hollie is one of those types of people that you only see in like 90s Linklater films. It wouldn’t do her justice trying to describe her. Besides, that’s what videos are for.
As you know, we love telling the stories of interesting people and places we encounter on our worldwide travels. And this is by far one of our favorite installments.
Enjoy!
